Complete an easy to understand rental agreement
Supply your supporting documents
You need a registered company that has been trading for a minimum of 1 year.
Our accounts department will do an Affordability Check that takes up to 3-5 working days, this can only be done once we receive the signed Rental Agreement and Supporting documents.
You will need to pay one month’s rent up front as well as a refundable deposit to the value of one month’s instalment.
Once your account has been approved you will receive a Proforma Invoice for the deposit to be paid.
We will supply details of all the necessary on site requirements needed for the equipment and arrange for a site inspection
The site must have 3 phase power and sufficient incoming water is required on site.
Once we have done a site inspection and supplied the necessary on site requirements we will ask for our Site Readiness Form to be completed, singed and returned to us.
Let us know when you are ready and we will deliver and install
Once all of this has been done we will book an installation date with our technical department. This is usually takes about a day or two after submitting the site readiness form depending on how busy they are.
